Assisting on construction sites

  • Site management for premium private gardens and pool constructions
  • Leading a team of 2–4 employees
  • Quality control
  • Material disposition
  • Daily planning
  • Customer contact on site
  • You work independently and solution-oriented
  • Participation in offer calculation (optional)
  • Training of apprentices (planned from 2027)

No landscaping training required

  • Master's examination in gardening and landscaping or comparable qualification (foreman with many years of experience)
  • At least two years of experience in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge in all relevant areas of construction technology
  • Driver's license class B (ideally BE or C1)
  • Confident demeanor towards customers
  • Enjoy working in a small, well-coordinated team
